No. Brezify products do not contain THC, CBD, or cannabis‑derived actives.
What is Brezify and how do I use it?+
Brezify is a nicotine‑free herbal diffuser. Remove the cap and inhale gently through the mouthpiece for short, mindful breaths; exhale naturally. Use as a calm wellness ritual. Brezify is not a smoking cessation or medical device.
Are Brezify devices rechargeable or refillable?+
No. Our current devices are single‑use, non‑rechargeable and not refillable.
If Brezify is 0% nicotine, why is it for ages 18+?+
Even without nicotine, Brezify is intended for adults 18+. Always use products responsibly and keep out of reach of children.
Are Brezify products environmentally friendly?+
We continuously improve materials and packaging. Please dispose of used devices in household waste; do not litter. Packaging is recyclable where facilities exist.
What are your ingredients?+
We use plant‑based ingredients and natural flavors/aromas. Example blends include mullein, thyme, eucalyptus (Blue Menthol) and adaptogens such as ashwagandha, bacopa, rhodiola, ginkgo (Orange Spearmint). Ingredients vary by flavor; check each product page for the most up‑to‑date list.

We use carefully selected natural flavors and botanical extracts. We avoid heavy, undiluted essential oils and adhere to internal safety standards for aroma products.

Usage varies by puff length and frequency. On average, a single device can last several days to a few weeks with typical, mindful use.
Is Brezify gluten‑free and nut‑free?+
Yes — our formulas are crafted without gluten or nut ingredients. Produced in facilities that follow strict quality controls.
Is Brezify cruelty‑free and vegan?+
Yes. We do not test on animals and we do not use animal‑derived ingredients.
Can I use Brezify around pets?+
Use in well‑ventilated areas and avoid blowing vapor directly at pets. If you have specific concerns, consult a veterinarian.

USA only at this time.
How long does shipping & delivery take?+
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is usually 3–6 business days after dispatch depending on your location and carrier.
My package says “returned to sender.” What does this mean?+
Carriers return parcels when an address is incomplete, undeliverable, or unclaimed. Once the return is confirmed, contact us to arrange a reshipment to a corrected address.
How can I track my package?+
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Why is my tracking not updating?+
This can happen while the package is moving between facilities. If there’s no movement for 3+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Why can’t I see my country on your list?+
We currently ship to the USA only.
Is Brezify sold in stores?+
We primarily sell online at this time. Any retail partners will be announced on our site and socials.
My tracking shows “delivered” but I can’t find my package.+
Check with neighbors/household members and look around entrances or mailrooms. Carriers sometimes mark delivered a bit early. If it doesn’t appear within 24 hours, contact support.
Why are there multiple charges on my card?+
Some banks show temporary authorizations which drop off within a few days. If you see duplicate settled charges, please reach out.
How do I set up a subscription?+
If subscriptions are available for your product, select the subscribe option on the product page and choose your delivery frequency at checkout.
How do I cancel or edit my subscription?+
